The Perth & Kinross Schools PPP project is a grouped Schools Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) project, which involves the provision of four secondary and five primary schools and community facilities across Perthshire and Kinross-shire on six sites. The 75,000m2 estate not only provides brand new educational facilities for local children, but also makes available facilities such as public libraries, music, dance and drama studios, and meeting rooms to the wider community, and as such, are open for extended hours. The scope of the project includes the provision of facilities management services for a 32-year concession period (ending in 2041), which includes janitorial services, cleaning, maintenance and the lifecycle replacement of assets.

EISER begun exploring the option of realising its investment from Perth & Kinross in early 2012. The transaction was successfully concluded in December 2012 and was sold to HICL Infrastructure Group.
