Corporate Overview

EISER Infrastructure Fund I

EISER Infrastructure Fund I was established in 2005 with EUR1.1 billion of capital commitments and was one of the first dedicated European infrastructure funds.

Fund I is fully invested across a well-balanced portfolio of nine cash-yielding assets, the majority sourced independently through direct vendor relationships.

The portfolio consists of eight operating assets and one greenfield project with a combined enterprise value of over EUR3.5 billion operating in the following sub-sectors: energy (gas and electricity distribution and transmission networks and renewables); environmental services (waste management); and transportation (airport, tunnel, roads and bus / train interchanges).

During 2012 the Fund successfully divested its two UK Social Infrastructure assets (schools). For more information on the divestment please click here.

EISER’s active portfolio management has created value and delivered cash distributions to its investors in each full year of operations of the Fund, despite operating in a difficult macro-economic environment.
